"Loved the cleanliness and aesthetic of the resort. It is a huge resort with so much to do. The food is decent as well as the service. My only wish is that we could be serviced with food/drink on the beach. Drink service only is provided by the pool and food cannot be taken outside of restaurants and buffets."

"Realmente las habitaciones no son como se ven. Te venden un upgrade para la habitación que te dicen que puedes utilizar la piscina de la habitación 24 horas y las 7:00 pm te sacan de mala manera de la piscina de la habitación por la cual pagamos. Las habitaciones tienen demasiada humedad."

"RIU Aquarelle is a newer property. Everything is super clean. Service and staff is super. Entertainment is excellent. They are also close to Montego Bay airport around 45 min. Couldn’t have been more happier with our choice. They catered and delivered on everything that a fun family vacation should and could be."

"Check in process very unorganized with long lines. Room not ready at the 3pm check in time. Room shower needs a deep clean. Grout is black and brown. Beds are very firm. Bathrooms by pool area are not clean. No waiting staff in beach area or pool area. Resort lacked entertainment ands short staffed. Cat infested resort, cats on furniture In the common spaces. No alcohol being served before 10am and most bars close by 10 pm. Spa has ceilings falling down and holes in ceilings in the water areas....

"I can’t give the hotel any stars because we didn’t get to stay there. We waited 15 years to return here after our honeymoon in 2011 and upon check in we were told we were receiving a “complimentary upgrade” to the Majestic Mirage. We had to fight to get the same upgraded room we paid for at the Elegance at the Mirage and it caused our check in process to take 1.5 hours.
