No one had air conditioning in the room for over 20 hours. "The location is less than 2 years old with a casino that will be open by late fall 2026. The staff is super friendly and the service is top notch. "For 3 days in a row we had to ask for wash cloths, one day multiple times before we finally got some. One day we were left with wet towels folded up as if they were clean but not dry. "Check in was not good. I am a member of the hotel. Due to the fact that I booked through Expedia I was unable to use my membership that was paid for. The front desk was not helpful and just went back and forth with me advising I should have booked through the hotel. This has never been a thing. The room was not clean floor was dirty and sofa bed was left open. The highlight has always been the entertainment staff and bartenders. They never disappoint."

"My first time with this resort. I was impressed. The room, the staff, the service, the whole experience was great. The room on the ocean/family side was clean, spacious, great pool view, very comfortable. The staff i encountered, from checking in, to house keeping, the attendants at the pool and restaurants- all great! I would recommend to others and will return again for future stays!"
