"The bar and staff were great. Adult pool was nice but some brought their children/grand children and no staff asked them to go to the family pool. The bar and staff were very nice as well. However we had problems with our room. We were plagued by super large cockroaches. The kind that make you scream. We had to leave the room to find help and sometimes a person came sometimes they didn't as the roaches showed up at night or early morning. No sleep for us"

"We enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out experience was seamless. We did not have hot water during our stay (room 4238). The housekeeper did not properly clean our room and did not restock the towels. We had to request additional towels. I used a mug and she flipped it over instead of replacing it (the inside was still sticky). She made the beds but left the empty plate that contained the complimentary macaroons on the coffee table. "The hotel is beautiful and beach is gorgeous. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, although the beds are hard as a rock.. The food is not very good and the service is hit or miss. Some of the staff is super nice and helpful, while many are rude and act like they are miserable."
