"Pools were nice but the hot tubs were cold with no bubbles. Air conditioning good but the refrigerator was warm and ice machine had ice 50% of the time. Elevators slow to reach floors, had to use the stairs. Food and drinks not good except hibachi. More staff need to know English and be friendly. Takes 30 minutes for any help you need from staff when you call front desk and didnt show up to help with suitcases for check out. Ordered room service twice and it was never delivered to our room. ...

"I went there 2 time and I guess since Hurricane they had everything changed not for the good ..the food was not all that and the room was not all that ..my room the tv was not working we called no answer then .my friend didnt get her room until 6pm ..I order a 2 bed and got one bed they give one room then when we went to room someone was already there fro. "When I arrived the system was down therefore the room keys did not work and the staff had to let the visitors in and out of the rooms. I was given a room that was dirty. My phone broke the same day of arrival and I was unable to make reservations for the restaurants on the resort in which was very upsetting because I wanted to do something special for My Son’s Birthday!
