"I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite and welcoming. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared upon arrival, which made for a good first impression. However, the internet connection was quite slow during my stay, which was frustrating when trying to work or stream anything. It would definitely benefit from an upgrade, especially for guests who rely on Wi-Fi for business or entertainment....

"5 star hotel. I don’t like the way the hotel tries to upsell you to a preferred tier when you check in. Why don’t they put those offers on Expedia so I can make that decision when I book the trip and not on a whim when I arrive to the resort. This seems to be a going trend among most resorts these days. The room service food was terrible. Other than that I would definitely recommend the resort."

"We traveled as a family of 3 with a toddler age 2. Overall, we enjoyed the all inclusive amenities offered at this facility. I felt there is something to keep my toddler occupied everyday -big shoutout to the kiddie water park.
