"Some of the hot tubs we not working or only working sporadically. The beach could be cleaner. Everyone was very friendly, the bar area and food were excellent. The property itself is spectacular.Beaches and ocean were never crowded. Shop and restaurants across the street were very nice as well"

"Rooms were very tired, as was the rest of the hotel, except the reception and lobby area. Sea view from room was lovely, but balcony furniture was very basic. Public bathrooms were in desperate need of renovation, not on par with Hiltons usual standards. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel and not worth the $400 + per day. "

"Clean room with comfortable air-conditioning, delicious drinking water stations throughout the property, super friendly staff, lots of comfortable seating areas to relax and enjoy the views, with nice landscaping and water features, too."

"Towels were removed and not replaced. Had to ask for wash cloths and for tea to be replaced daily. Parking is awful, with too tight spaces, no turning radius, poor sight lines, dangerous obstacles and other hazards. I scraped my rental car on low rock at roadside that should have been cut back."
