Unfortunately there is no bar service close to the beach and no staff come around to take orders, so you have to walk quite far to the main pool area to get a cocktail. "Beware of unannounced charges on your bill. Food was okay, nothing amazing and very little variety especially for people with dietary restrictions. Everything was very expensive, and the staff were rude for the most part. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the location. Amazing restaurants just across the street, which saved our stay. Beaches are also beautiful. I will not be staying here again."

"Tried changing hotels and was not able to get a refund. They moved my rooms and it didn’t get any better. Can hear every single thing at that hotel, even on the nights the club isn’t open. The cleanliness is lacking and there is way too much deodorizer throughout the hotel which made my allergies go crazy..smelled musty in the rooms. Would definitely not stay there again. Very disappointed in my stay here. No hot water in shower…tried everything to make work and nothing."
