"The grounds at the hotel are beautiful. The room was nice and very clean. The beach is gorgeous and never had an issue finding a chair to lounge on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would return to The Kontiki if we ever go back to Curacao."

"Our stay a Dreams Curacoa was FANTASTIC! The staff were friendly and helpful. It wasn’t ridiculously crowded and the food was GREAT!! It’s not often that I enjoy all my meals at an all inclusive but the flavor and taste of everything we ate was DELISH. The only thing that would make this resort better is nightly entertainment and if the bar was actually IN the pool. I didn’t like having to get out of the pool every time I wanted a beverage refill. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience."

"This is a beautiful property. The staff were polite and accommodating. There is no mirror or TV in the room. We had ocean view and it was gorgeous. The only disappointment was not being able to use the pool after 6pm far as amenities. And, I stayed there for 7 days which was an hefty penny. After paying at checkout, I was called back to swipe my card again because they didn’t charge me 6 cents. They were helpful in helping my spouse obtain flowers for my birthday and storing my cake."

"Definitely my favorite hotel all of the Caribbean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and respectful of me and was able to swiftly get me a room after I arrived five hours prior to check in time. The whole time I’ve been there the stuff has been nothing but helpful with excursions, and other amenities that I requested or needed help with. Whenever I do come back to carousel, this hotel will be the highest on my priority list."

"Prime location...walkable to downtown, restaurants walkable from property, close to main roads to go east or west. 2 great beaches onsite, snorkel worthy from the shore (saw a barracuda). Property has nice amenities and staff is friendly, helpful. 24 hr security onsite."

"The hotel is in an AWESOME location. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The greatest negative was the music BLARING (at some point, I tested the music volume to our in-room tv and had to turn it to 40 to begin to equal the same volume) until 1:30am. There are a couple of bars on the property. Honestly, I would never stay here again just for the music issue."

"I chose the Royal Sea Aquarium Resort for a solo birthday trip, and overall I had a good experience. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the shuttle service, which offered rides to downtown Willemstad, the Curaçao sign, the Curaçao Liqueur Distillery, grocery stores, and evening trips into town. "I enjoyed my 4 night stay at this boutique hotel. It’s very convenient to alot of the downtown attractions like the Queen Bridge and many other places like restaurants. The food here was also pretty good. I definitely plan to book again in the future"

"We stayed at this property for 9 nights. Although it is a nice property, it misrepresented its amenities in the Expedia posting. The posting lists two pools and a beach, both of which are correct. However, it doesn't mention that you need to purchase drinks/food from the two restaurants to use the amenities. That was at least $30-$40 daily just for drinks for the three of us. In addition, one of the two pools is gated for a handful of higher-priced rooms and not open to all property patrons."
