Newly opened a few minor things, staff need to explain things more. That aside it didn't detract from the hotel which is very nice, great location, very relaxing in a busy city.

Clean, tidy organised. Breakfast options could be improved, but over all a very good stay bit steep in the price for what you get.

Beautiful hotel in the best location. Social hour was a great way to try local produce and meet other guests. Pool and gym very good. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Room clean and great AC. Walls are thin and at times could hear next doors TV and hair dryer, it was only short lived so did not need to change rooms, the hotel were amenable to this if needed. Casarre Restaurant is just around the corner and is a must.

Great service, location and amenities. Beautiful infinity pool with views of the mountains.

Lovely relaxed stay. The site is safe, lots to do for all age ranges. Thank you

High end resort, staff very accommodating, always a different activity or event on during the evening

Fantastic location, beautiful setting and building, great service, perfect layout, first class mojitos

Best hotel in Cabarete

The property is lovely and well maintained. We had a great room with its own pool. Most the restaurants were great. Our concierge Raul was great and nothing seemed too much trouble. Was disappointed about the hard sell for Palladium Travel Club which was frankly uncomfortable and wasted half a day.

The hotel facilities were of a high standard and staff were friendly and attentive.

Great stay. Restaurant Manolo is amazing.
