"Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean resort, staff were cleaning constantly. The restaurants you need reservations for had very good food and great service. Easy access to the pools and the beach. A lot of things to do and see. The buffet food offered a lot to choose from, but was not that great. Mid at best. So many stray cats hanging out on the resort. Overall, had a pleasant stay, would return."

"We just left the property and it was a nice stay. Would say it’s the best no. The food was okay. Italian restaurant was gross , steak restaurant was good, hibachi was disappointing and not good. There wS no show nothing. We all just sat around and the cook just cooked, the buffet was not good . The staff was not friendly and rarely would say good morning . Basic needs at restaurants were not met like asking for a drink cleaning a table . Very disappointing."

"El hotel esta bonito. El lobby esta muy bonito y diferente. El servicio la mayoría del tiempo fue bueno. El restaurante italiano fue uno de los mejores. Ahora nos dieron la habitación sin toallas pedi toallas y se tardaron una hora en traer toallas. De todas las toallas que nos dieron como 5 estaban manchadas. El personal de limpieza tuvimos que llamar para que nos dieran servicio. No vi nunca la de housekeeping hasta el ultimo dia. En Yolo encontramos un cabello en la comida. La comida en...

"Part of the staff is very pushy trying to sell the hotel membership, extremely annoying, the beach actually sucks, it was full of sargassum, rocks and the red flag is always up, so forget about going into the water, food isn’t great, from the start we had problems with the room fridge, the sofa bed and little cockroaches at night in the bathroom, so even the staff solved some of issues, the sum of everything made us a not so pleasant stay, we would never come back."

"Staff was very friendly, cooperative and prompt to provide service. The pool outside our room was a blessing - when kids were not in the Park that's where they spent most of the time. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Bathroom was huge and plenty of storage space. The food was excellent and buffet places provided plenty of variety with specialty cuisine restaurants available on reservations. Kids over enjoyed the sweetery. Amazing experience kids will remember before they get ready...
