"Das Personal ist super! Sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam ! Leider ist nur das große Hauptrestaurant kostenlos und die anderen Lokale zudem tageweise geschlossen. Schade ! Das Hauptrestaurant ist zu 90 % jeden Tag dasselbe! Schade ! Dafür ist der Wellness Bereich und vor allem das Tesm dort super !"

"This resort and its staff are the best anyone could ask for. Our deluxe room with its walkout entrance was perfect. The resort was beautiful and the staff looked after our every need. The pool staff served free snacks throughout the day around the pool and were really pleasant to deal with. The only negatives were that the meal prices charged by the hotel in the hotel restaurants were too high. They were 2 to 3 times what nice restaurants in the local Soho Mall charged for a similar meal. You...

"Not convenient if you want a relaxing hotel at the beach. Very crowded, no view of the ocean, busy pools. Also the is a lack of staff to cater to the number of guests"

"Hotel was under construction with only two floors that were finished. Staff were unhelpful. When we checked in we had to wait over 1hr to get a room. We arrived after midnight and the room they gave us was not the right ones. They corrected this for the following night. Would not recommend this."

"Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The view from top was great. Breakfast was really good and the staff there were very good too. Its conveniently located near the Sphinx entrance (its better to enter from the other entrance and exit from here). They have guides/tours too. Muhammad was very helpful and was able to arrange car and guide according to my needs. "

"Alle.Pools haben grosse Fliesenabplatzungen und die Fliesen liegen auf dem Grund und sind scharfkantig. Zimmer sind verwohnt aber durchaus ok. Badezimmerarmaturen sind furchtbar. Warmes Wasser von 11 bis 17 Uhr abgeschaltet. Aus den Poolliegen stehen Nägel bis zu 2cm heraus. Auflagen sind zu 95% beschädigt. Sonnenschirme abenteuerlich zu bedienen, eingerissen und unansehlich. Zum Essen sage ich hier nichts. Wir haben trotz All-in in 12 Tagen noch 900 Euro für Restaurants ausgegeben. Es war nicht...

"Clean room Great staff Checking in and out was simple - and efficient. Breakfast was nice. Best seats were those overlooking the River Nile. On some days- you could watch and listen to someone playing the piano in the lobby. Absolutely fantastic ! I am still trying to figure out why they give luggage tags at checkout even when you do not let the staff take it off you. If it had the number of bags written on the tag- then fine.
