"Horrible"

"What I liked: food was good, staff were helpful, place was beautiful, nice looking room. What I didn’t like: had to ask reception twice to sort out my WiFi. No usb charging in the room. No parking for my car, had to park in the street. Very little entertainment. Afternoon kids club very boring no kids come or know about it, lady seemed to just wake up when we found the place. Air conditioning, could not adjust temperature, either on or off. Telephone had to be replaced. Some of the bedding...

"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"Ok"

"Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Addituonally the property was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend and will be staying there on future trips."

"Great place great food great stuff"

"Pros: 1. Staff helpful and kind 2. Hotel accommodating with late check-in and out due to flight delays 3. All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be...

"Property is very well kept and has amazing views from the rooms. The food services though needs some attention. Extremely hectic during peak times with insufficient support from wait staff. They seem to be overwhelmed and the service could use some improvement. Their alacarte prices are extremely overpriced. Not sure if this is on purpose to push all inclusive but overall great place but need focus on food services for sure"

"Muy buenas vistas desde la Terraza a las Pirámides"

"Amazing Experience – Wonderful Staff and Unforgettable Trips! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying at Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa in Sharm El Sheikh was an absolutely amazing experience. First of all, a very special thank you to Emad, who helped organise the excursions and recommended some fantastic trips. Emad is an amazing person — extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful. His recommendations made the holiday even more enjoyable and truly unforgettable. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and all...

"Excellent hotel. We had the most lovely stay and hospitality. Our flight was cancelled and we checked back into this hotel again for one night at 12.30am. We had our original rooms and they accommodated us for late checkout the next day too. Really appreciated this after a very long night. Thank you."

"Urlaub war wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben immer eine Liege am Pool oder Strand bekommen, obwohl wir immer recht spät aufgestanden sind. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Mittag und Abendessen beim Buffet war in Ordnung. Wir haben zumindest immer etwas gefunden, was uns geschmeckt hat. Die Restaurants haben wir nicht genutzt. Machen wir beim nächsten Mal."

"This hotel was absolutely stunning in every way! Our room was the executive suite which we had a big surprise to find out had 2 full bathrooms in it which was not advertised.. this came in handy as I was unfortunately extremely unwell with severe diarrhoea from day 2 for six days straight .. the food was delicious and very fresh so I cannot say this was the hotels doing but we did meet many other guests with the same issue during our stay. This may be that we aren’t used to the water in Egypt...

"Staff is always friendly and accommodating, Rana at the front desk took care of us again when we checked in and remembered my name, hotel is clean and comfortable. I stay there every time I’m in Egypt, great food too."

"They were short staffed currently but everyone who was there did their best to make our stay a pleasant one! The receptionist Yasir, the chef Hussein and Nymra a server were excellent in their service."
