"Excellent view, Food and People"

"Ottima struttura a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare.. Unica pecca: il cibo.. sempre le stesse cose sia al ristorante al mare che al ristorante in hotel e nemmeno bione.."

"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"Ok"

"The staff were fantastic. They helped us in so many ways above the call of duty."

"Staff were incredibly helpful. We had a lot of luggage and they walked with us to the security section of the airport. It was clean and safe and beautiful and would highly recommend."

"Such a lovely trip! Beautiful hotel and welcoming staff, always happy to help and excellent care. Helped with mosquito repellents in the room as we had a rogue mosquito causing havoc on the first night and housekeeping were kind enough to give us a plug in repellant and spray the room so no further issues! Food was excellent, specifically my friend who was both gluten free (Coeliac) and vegetarian met with Anwar the head chef for the resort who personally came to guest relations and reassured...

"Rooms were nice, and there is a great view of the Nile."

"Tolle Poollandschaft und Lage zum Meer."
