Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. "We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Very close by to transits to catch the circle and central lines aswell Paddington train station. Short walk to Kensington park. The room I had was small but cozy for a solo travel. Very nice staff lots of restaurants near by and about a quater mile walk."

"The location was spot on for our time in London. We could walk most anywhere and public transport was easily accessible. The staff was polite, professional and very helpful. That said, the room itself was a disappointment. It was hot and stuffy and we could not adjust the thermostat. Felt like we were in a closet, yet it was supposed to be a deluxe room. The sheets felt like they were made of paper. Would stay in Covent Garden area again, but would go elsewhere next time"

"Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings ist die Transformation vom Hotel zum Hostel nur halb vollzogen. Wer sich selbst verpflegen will tut sich sehr schwer - gibt ne Mircowelle und das war’s. Ansonsten super Lage aus der man schnell überall hin kommt. Die kostenlose Fähre ist ein Pluspunkt und bei den Kids eine geschätzte Abwechslung. Sind zwar fussläufig kleiner Supermärkte erreichbar aber die haben ein sehr überschaubares Angebot."

"Posizione ideale per chi arriva dall'aereoporto di Heathrow, la metro diretta è a 5 Min a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato in una tripla al piano 7:sempre pulita, silenziosa, bagno spazioso. Check-in veloce. La struttura è molto grande, vecchia ma non si nota, è ben tenuta e servita.Ho avuto bisogno dell'aiuto della reception telefonico e sono stati veloci e disponibili.
