"Simple, clean place to sleep and shower"

"Decent room, but terrible water and confusing layout. Pros: Decent room space. Cons:Bad water smell: All the water has a very strong sulfur smell (like rotten eggs). It feels like untreated groundwater. It was impossible to shower or brush teeth comfortably. Got lost inside: The hotel is doing renovations. There are no clear signs, and it is a mess. I could not find my room at all. Conclusion:I do not recommend this hotel. The big room is not worth the terrible water and chaotic environment."

"Amazing place for a one night stay. Quiet, clean, excellent amenities and kitchen. And the best part is that all shoes, jackets are kept out of hallways and rooms and there are lockers to store bags outside of rooms, keeping areas clean and uncluttered. Excellent kitchen for self-sufficient travellers."

I got the BEST midnight sun golden hour pics over the water 2 mins from the hotel. Also, 14 mins from downtown Reykjavik and 30mins from the airport in Keflavík. "This was our favorite hotel in our 10 day trip around Iceland! We recommend it 100%. The hotel is at a great location near the Diamond Beach, a Glaciar and surrounded by mountains with beautiful waterfalls. Sheep roam around the property and you can see them from your room and the spa has both indoor and outdoor spaces with several experiences (sauna, led light, hot tubs, and cold plunge). Additionally, the in-room amenities were quite limited — only a hair dryer and an electric kettle were provided. Since we arrived late in the evening, we had no means to cook a meal and struggled to find a nearby place that served food at that hour. "Great hotel in a great location, just slightly outside the downtown core. Hotel has a cool industrial vibe that I liked alot. It is attached to Deig Bakery, which is a plus and close to lots of restaurants. Good room darkening blinds for the summer time (super important in Iceland), comfy bed and a great bathroom and shower."

"Effectively a hostel with a plastic “pod” enclosures for 2. Poor sound isolation - you will hear your snoring neighbors so bring earplugs. If you go into this knowing this is what the pods are - I guess it’s fine. The price is rather disappointing for a hostel, but compared to other Iceland stays, it’s cheaper."

"I booked a double room but received a twin room. There's insufficient space to hang stuff. With basic blinds that are not blackout curtain, be prepared to get woken up at 5am by the sunlight.
