"Great place lots of fun"

"We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The only exception was we were told to not stand on the balcony for the parade. There was no signage that stated that we couldn't and the manager who told us to leave during the parade wasn't kind. He took photos of us after we left and began watching the parade from the street. The amenities that were especially useful were the free water and coffee stations they had daily. Also, the proximity to everything was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere...

"The service and staff are truly subpar. The rooms are a bit run down, I suppose from the barrage of casnio goers but at these prices and based on website research, I expected a higher standard and resort feel. The cleanliness theoughout was also an issue. The sheets are torn and were dirty and stained. Went through several towels too before I found one without large stains. The state of the rooms and surfaces not clean also gave me the ick feeling. I am familiar with the Landry's brand...

"The staff was absolutely no help with most things, even luggage. They were also rude and treated me like an imposition, not a guest. The staff wouldn’t even allow delivery people to come to my room even though I am disabled. I had to go down to the front desk for everything I needed, nobody would actually come up to my room for any reason. The room was small and still pretty nice but the carpets have stains and the noise was so loud that sleep was impossible because the doors on the balcony...

"The staff was amazing. Extremely helpful, prompt, and just a pleasure to speak to. My issues lay with the property itself. I had initially booked somewhere else but my initial reservation fell through, so I shifted my reservation to this hotel. Originally, I had only chose this one because of the pool. "When I first booked the room it had small roaches. I asked for a new room, they gave me a room a few doors down. If the person next to me showered my room got humid, if they went to the restroom I smelled it. Also, my card got charged over $140 by “mistake” very odd stay. Staff was really nice especially during the day."

"The facility is very nice. The physical condition is wonderful. But the billing is TERRIBLE. It took me 7 days to get a receipt! To add insult to injury, I was charged for Valet Parking even though I pre-paid for it. I have had to pay for parking twice. Come on Marriott, you are better than than."

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. The close proximity to everything that's offered in the area was great. There was an issue with the check-in process and rooms not being available past check in time that was unfortunate after we had driven all day but all in all a good stay."
