"Our stay at Xcaret Arte was amazing. Most of the food was amazing, there’s definitely variety and other restaurants you can go to after if you don’t like the one you ate at. The staff was so kind and helpful. They worked with us to accommodate any changes we requested in itinerary. Having the parks included with transportation provided was a huge plus. A little pricey, wish it was less m, but we were celebrating our 30th year anniversary and wanted to make sure it was top notch and we definitely received top notch service and we definitely had that and more! "The hotel itself is beautiful, and the public areas were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant. The kids’ amenities were also great. However, we were disappointed with several parts of our stay. The beach was clean, but the water was not clear and was full of seaweed and debris, which made swimming uncomfortable.
