"The hotel was very clean, except to the fact that my daughter sat down on the sofa and was poked with a diabetic needle. The staff did nothing to accommodate us. Did not even offer us another room. I will be taking up a complaint with the hotel and with Expedia."

"My visit was not what I expected. The time when I was there the hotel was transitioning from Hyatt Vivid Grand Island to Mondrian. After a few days the transition was happening without us ever being notified beforehand. If I would have known I would have probably cancelled and gone with another hotel. The staff was excellent but the food was a hit or miss for me and my girlfriend. Certain areas of the hotel were close very frequently due to the hotel training there staff for the transition which...

"Las habitaciones beachfront o frente al mar tienen piscinas conectadas entre si en los balcones, por lo que puedes esperar a tus vecinos pasearse por tu balconcito todo el tiempo. El resort es “NO DEVOLUCIONES NI CAMBIOS” en sus amenidades hay cobros adicionales, no es un todo incluido. Es un atractivo para niños de un día, es preferible solo pedir el AQUANICK si es que se quiere dar lamexperiencia a los niños. En el checkout ha otro cobro de impuestos sorpresa.
