"The stuff was very friendly nice and helpful. Our server by the pool name was Guantalupe and she was the best. She was always smiling and suggesting new drinks to us. "i loved how the hotel had access to the beach and there were no seaweed in it, especially being in season. it was maintained and staff were friendly for any guidance or questions to answer. no complaints with the hotel. the hotel is on the quiet side of cancún which is nice, about 30 minutes to the city of cancun and an hour to playa de camren. i found it to be accessible for my trip"

"Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. "The Marquis was absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing. Only draw back was the overall selection of beer. Gift shop is something to avoid. Another negated we didn’t receive the resort credit as sold on Expedia. Very important to get the app on arrival, the other Marquis app had nothing to do with our stay."
