"Entertainment was mid at best. Not sure who is in charge of Entertainment but definitely need help. Also there was no music at any of the bars, who does that. The lounge bar should have at least a digital juke box with a variety of music. Maybe next time I'll take my own music 🎶 👎"

"Amazing pools and lazy rivers. Amazing food and great restaurants to choose from! Great room; but the AC tends to be on all the time since it gets so hot. Those room could use a dehumidifier. Amazing people and services are on point and they pay attention to detail. Treat them well and they will treat back Amazingly as well!"

"We arrived in the middle of the night to CDMX and we really appreciated the easy check-in experience, the ability to get to the hotel via the pedway from the train station attached to the second level of the airport, and a lovely breakfast which got us on our feet and ready to head out and explore CDMX. Great Experience! "

"The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."
