"Tuve la mala suerte de que estan arreglando el area del buffete y lo mandaron al club de playa que esta hasta el otro lado de mi cuarto y la cena al centro de convenciones la cual esta algo fea porque son pocas opciones. El señor que te da mesa en las pizzas y tacos es super mal encarado y grosero. Pero la mayoría del personal es amable. La caleta está super y las albercas muy limpias."

"When we arrived at the property, we learned that 2 out of 3 pools were closed. Our son was very disappointed after learning the kids pool was closed. The first day there was a total disappointment, closed pools, overcrowded not at all family friendly pool (the one left), felt like a spring break vibe if you know what I mean, no beach chairs in the sand. The room is comfortable and modern, however the bathroom is very weird with 0 privacy. Toilet and shower have glass doors without locks and gaps...

"We had a wonderful family stay at Moon Palace The Grand! The resort is beautiful, with so many activities and entertainment options. The spa was absolutely worth it, and the shows at the auditorium were amazing! 🎭✨ For restaurants, our favourites were Tavola Italian, JC Steakhouse, and Carvao Brazilian—definitely the best dining experiences during our stay. And the highlight for us was the golf course pool with its beautiful view—so peaceful and relaxing! ⛳️🌴 Overall, a fantastic family...
