I picked this hotel due to previous reviews and the closeness to some bars and istikal street and a train station. On arrival we were lucky enough to get the top duplex which suited is for the extra size. Check in was very friendly and efficient. The staff even offered to arrange a tour for us along bosphorus river was a nice touch. Complimentary water was also provided. If i return to Istanbul i will definitely look to stay at The Story Pera again.

I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Extremely well located, close to İstiklal street, Şişane metro station. Lots of eating places close by. Staff very helpful. I had chosen a superior room which was extremely spacious and comfortable. My only criticism would be that their breakfast was unremarkable. Having got used to other hotels having a widespread breakfast buffet, the breakfast at this hotel was quite sparse.

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Superb customer service from lovely staff; the indoor cave pool was fantastic and we usually had it to ourselves; breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant for dinner. All in all, a top notch experience.

Brilliant hotel, excellent staff, the staff at the door were brilliant. Cannot fault this hotel, has woman only swimming which is great as no hotel as i am aware off has this facility. The architecture, the welcome drinks and dates, all absolutely brilliant, will come back again for sure.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast. Very good location for restaurants and walks into the old town and the coast. Excellent views from the hotel. Swimming pools are lovely, although banning smoking around the pools themselves would be a plus (likewise on the lobby balcony). Overall a fabulous place to stay.

Love there is no nightclub in the hotel so always have a good night sleep

With just a 45 minute drive from Dubai we only went for a day and a night but the experience was fabulous! It's a beautifully quiet resort with a feeling of peace and tranquility. The staff could not do enough for us. Watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace was truly magical with the added bonus of the full moon rise in the opposite direction. I could go on but you should definitely make this one of your bucket list things to do. I would recommend at least 3 days as there is plenty on offer...

Fantastic location - excellent breakfast and really good attentive service. Rooms were big and well equipped and swimming pool was lovely - bar staff and lifeguards really good too.

Reception staff in this hotel were really helpful & supportive Rooms were spacious, clean & well maintained The only thing was the dostance from closest shopping centre & local restaurants but taxi was available & unlike cetral Istanbul taxi drivers were really polite & local restaurants in Arnavutkoy very good: reasonable prices & good food. Best option for me to stay overnight to catch flights
