"Our room was very clean. The staff were helpful and very courteous. There were many restaurants to choose from to eat. We loved the pool area and the sky walk as well! The only downside was the hallway where our room was located: it was quite dirty and had food on the carpet. Other than that our stay was perfect!"

"No pool, no jacuzzi, water park was for smaller children. They charged for the water park that was inside the hotel knowing they didn’t offer a pool or jacuzzi. The Ace buffet food was NASTY! Food options are slim all they offer is hamburgers and dry pizza. They don’t offer to clean your room daily. "

"Upon arrival to my room I did my usual checking. In doing so, I found there were stains on the pillows cases, sheets and part of the mattress. I did have to remove the mattress pad to see those stains. I notified the front desk, and they brought my new bedding, to put on myself Before I settle in, I wipe down all touch surfaces. When I wiped down the chair and desk, there was dirt and crumbs present.. The last straw was when I was laying in bed in roaches crawled onto the bed. I lost it."

"Air conditioner didn't work. No one came to fix it. Elevator are very old and not well maintained. Hotel new a very big up grade. It say two queen bed but it was more like a twin size ."

"I called Sheraton the day before my trip to confirm my booking and set up early check in. The representative stated that i could check-in 2 hours early. When I attempted to check in at the agreed 2 hrs early, I was told that there are zero rooms ready and I cannot check in two hours earlier. It was a disappointment. Be aware that although there are a few restaurants and bars on site, they all have limited hours. Nothing was open during our Sunday into Monday stay. The facility was clean and...

"House cleaning is terrible , sheets were dirty but they will give you new sheets to change the bed . Our room wasn’t mopped . Toilet wasn’t cleaned but the main area was clean ."

"The hotel rooms are very dated. The bathroom vents are filthy. Poor bedding. Small television. Wallpaper peeling. The lobby and hallway fooled us big time. The outlets near the bed didn't work. Dorm ironing board."

"We stayed in the motel. The room was not cleaned properly. The window coverings were not conducive to sleeping. The outside lights shone in bc they were not room darkening. Room 106 smelled of urine and mildew and the AC needs to be checked. It was not blowing cool air. Our room access code was not sent for “contactless entry” beforehand but it was given to us pretty quickly in the office. Parking was easily available. Pool area was nice and seemed well maintained."
