"Beautiful resort, initially impressed by the room thought it was amazing until i started to use things. Took a shower and noticed that the water took a long time to drain. Couple hours later, maintenance knocked on the door and asked if we used the shower, i responded yes about an hour or 2 ago. He said the ceiling had a leak in the room below, i told him that the shower was backed up and he took a look and said he would be back tomorrow to fix it, Did not see maintenance again until 2 days...
