"We spent our 30th wedding anniversary the first week of December 2025. The hotel is perfect for several reasons. The staff is very cheerful and always happy to help, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The pelican bar happy hour is fantastic and the lobster fest was superb. The free chairs and umbrellas on the beach are a fantastic bonus. We are going back next year same time and we can’t wait to stay at Royal West. "

"We love this place. Our 2 bedroom ocean view room was stunning with updated furniture. The pull out couch was very comfortable. The view outstanding! The only downfall was that the off property restaurant beside was very noisy with loud music at times. Blaring music at 2am and 6am some days. We like the proximity of the pool and restaurant to the beach. Beach had lots of broken shells so I would bring water shoes. The maids did a good job at cleaning."

"THE best!!! The Alexandria was everything and more for our family of four (college age kids). The aura is everything and it is a place young families, newly coupled, singles, orders and Youngers can enjoy everything the Turks & Caicos has to offer. It was busy enough to feel festive but, we never lacked the ability to find a seat and place for our entire family. Each day is topped off by an incredible view of the Turk's, on fire, sunsets!

"We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. All of the staff were courteous and friendly. Hemingways restaurant on site was very good. The grounds of the hotel are very lush and beautiful. "

"Grace is a nice lady that took care of us! She welcomed us by email before we arrived. Because of the funeral she had us stay in the apartment close to the office. She is a great lady that takes care of her visitors to Club Caribe. It's not a hotel people need to realize this. It's an apartment that you maintain and for the money you can't go wrong!"

"Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay."
