The chef at each of the properties 21 restaurants made delicious meals and desserts while observing my dietary requests. Thank you so much for making this trip so memorable."

There was an ant problem outside the room each night and we did find a few ants in our room. Room layout is awesome! Location also helpful. "We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!"
