The restaurants at the resort closed early and only had one cook so would get backed up and not take orders. We didn’t eat most days. They didn’t offer shuttles anywhere and we were told to take taxis for things as small as toothpaste. We didn’t have a phone in our room and room service was not available. "Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price."

"The staff is what makes an average Marriot stay great. From the doorman to the housekeepers all were friendly and very helpful. The facility has long distances between the hotel and amenities. The rooms are average and dark, including the bathroom. Tried the Italian restaurant and waited over an hour for the main course. I would not come back."

"My first time staying at this resort was pleasant. pros the resort was clean and peaceful the view of the beach was lovely. Food was ok needed a little improvement my best meal was breakfast. Cons this resort definitely needs room service! the first day I woke up to my room being soaking wet water was dripping from the ceiling on to the floor and the beds due to the dehumidifier not being emptied but the staff was very accommodating and clean and fixed everything pretty quickly."
