"Woodstock itself is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere. However, we had a few issues in both common areas, and our room that significantly impacted our experience. First, the cleanliness of the lobby was disappointing. I noticed that it was noticeably dusty and had visible spiderwebs in several areas, which did not create a welcoming first impression. "I was honestly a little disappointed with the stay here. First, my booking was very misleading. My reservation told me I would have two queen beds in my room and I needed one bed for my parents and when we got to the room I had one queen bed and a couch that folded out. I opted to sleep on the fold out couch and give my parents the better bed and the mattress was full of springs and was just so uncomfortable.
