"Excellent concierge staff who are very professional, helpful, pleasant, friendly experienced and efficient. Speak good English and impressed by their willingness and sincerity in helping guests solve problems. Check in speedy. We are very pleased with their great service which made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast buffet spread decent. Will strongly recommend this cosy hotel for excellent location, cleanliness, relaxing skybar, beautiful skyline and quiet and spacious rooms."
