"I was in room 1925 and the house keeping lady was friendly and did an excellent job. "

"We loved that the hotel was in Times Square. It was very convenient to get around and it was the perfect spot to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday. The only down side we encountered was the sewage smell coming from the bathroom. (It had a mold smell combined with sewage) Nonetheless, it was an easy fix. We just made sure to cover the drainage from the tub and sink. (I did feel sick the day after (Asthma) but I'm pretty sure it's a combination of many things.) We'll definitely be back! We will be pro-active next time if we do see/smell something that is not right. Thank you! "

"It is centrally located and the gym is huge for a NYC hotel. On the flip, check in is long and you can’t use the Bonvoy App. They are also completing renovations so it’s dark. I can say that aside from check-in, everyone is quick to respond! "
