"This was one of our favourite stays in Japan. The staff were super accommodating to me and my dietary restrictions which I appreciated so much! One person in our party left something behind and the hotel staff we super nice and helpful to send the item to them at our next hotel. We will make sure to stay here again our next time in Japan."

"This place is cozy and is suitable for family or couple travelers. The staff were very courteous. We ordered in room dinner and breakfast. The food was delicious and very well presented. I give five stars for the food!"

"This ryoukan is located very close to Hakone-Yumoto station, the main station to get to Hakone. Front desk could speak English and it was super easy to check in and check out. The room had a very fancy and beautiful interior. We had the personal onsen and the view was spectacular. Yukata were also provided in our rooms. The rooms were full tatami and it was amazing to use it as a tea room before dinner and then sleep on futons after dinner which they set up for us during dinner. The eating...
