Cari Kapal Pesiar di Isla Contoy

"Very well maintained resort."

"Got a nice spacious corner room and balcony. But it had a side window that let in too much light and leaked upon heavy rain and caused puddles that were a slip hazard. They did promptly clean it up. They added a second layer of curtains, but not blackout ones, so did not help much. Accidentally broke a wine glass and they wanted to charge us 200 pesos, so we just went to supermarket and bought the same glass for 65 pesos. Wifi was erratic in the room so had to go downstairs for zoom meetings....

"Clean room , stuff , beach view"

"Washrooms are too broken and water is leaking from ceilings. Lots of noises from pipe lines. Resort needs major renovations as water leaks everywhere when it rains."

"The resort staff was amazing!! The food was great, the speed was even better, water temperature really good!! Bars inside the pool were super cool, whole family had a blast!! I have 0 complaints. We will definitely go back."

"Todo muy bien, solo que en la regadera no salía el agua caliente"
