"This is our second visit to this establishment in a year. This visit was much much better than the last. Elevator was working, they had pool / beach towels (But they don’t like exchanging them for fresh ones) the majority of the staff was much nicer. The young man who checked us in was great! "There is construction going on in three buildings, so you go to sleep with noise and wake up to it too. The AC also barely works at night. There is a dress code for the restaurants, but you only really find out once you’re there. No buffet either. After you order, expect to wait at least 40 minutes, and everything comes out separately.
