"first solo trip in europe and so glad i chose this spot to stay, so much so that i booked again for the second time around in london. perfect for any travelers on a budget that want a safe, secure, clean place to stay. perfect location in soho as well for nightlife, which there is plenty within <10 minutes walking. thank you for a great stay!!"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Im Hotel war alles wie beschrieben. Es war sauber und sehr gut gelegen um alles zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Hayde Park war toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"We loved this hotel, for the all-inclusive package, it’s beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. "Great View, close to Arc trains and taxis were convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mall next door has a pharmacy and Grocery market. Breakfast was well prepared. Would recommend for first time there. Stay was enjoyable. 5 stars all the way. Best Regards from Dr. JayS"

The refrigerator wasn't working but we were allowed to put some cold packs for medication at the restaurant across the way which also served us a nice breakfast. The management team was nice and helpful. What they failed to do was inform us of the parking details before arrival. They have an agreement with Girolo parking who were very rude to us when we...

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great and the staff was friendly. The proximity to the airport is a plus for a quick layover or a short trip, however the airport shuttle service is horrible. The bus departs only once every hour and because of that the line gets long before the next trip and the bus can only hold 20 people and may have to leave some people behind. And to make matters worse, the bus only picks up from terminal 4. That means that if you are at...
