"The hotel is very nice, comfortable, and located in a great area. Everything was generally good, and we had a very pleasant experience. We’re not a particularly picky family, so we appreciated the overall comfort and service. The only thing I found disappointing was the minibar. If you move an item from its original position, it can be automatically charged, and you then have to contact the front desk to have someone come and check it and adjust the charges. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The pool and area are a ways from the rooms but it was very nice and well maintained. There is food and stores in close walking distance. Would stay again if I were going back to Death Valley."
