"Hotel was very nice, easy to get around. However House of Blues restaurant was bad service and poor food quality."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The property is gorgeous . Pools were not accessible all. Stuck at encore family pool for three days . Wynn pool sold out chairs and lily pads . Line up too long in the morning to get a regulate pool . 21 + pool limited space and then booked out for a private event . Xs night club and encore beach club fully booked every night . Too loud . No sleep .room vibrated with music from 10:30 pm -5:00 am. No quiet enjoyment ."

"Hotel registration help were great. Hotel cafe Coffee shop not so friendly!seem bored and unenthusiastic . The room was huge and comfy but smell floral and bleached and was hard to take honestly."

"Impeccable service and stay. Breakfast was good. In room dining was good. The room was comfortable and clean. Quiet and great for families. You have the option to party at other hotels with access to Mandalay Bay’s casino and pool/beach area. You also avoid the riffraff."
