WC sin agua.

La habitación estaba muy decente. PERO el WC no tenía agua. No podíamos usarlo porque no jalaba el flush y eso fue muy incómodo.

Ubicación perfecta, limpieza y atención muy buena, pero lobque ofrece en la página no es correcto ya que no tiene alberca propia, el desayuno es a la interperie con clima muy húmedo, nada agradable en agosto y muy desorganizado. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño.

Convenient location and very friendly people

From the moment we arrived the owners of the hotel made us feel welcome. From the gentleman who helped check us in and show us to our room, to the lovely Japanese lady who made our breakfast and was fun to chat with, to the gentleman who helped us check out and looked after our bags when we went out for the day, everyone was warm, friendly and engaging. The hotel was perfectly placed for access to the bus station and the main strip of shops, bars and restaurants. While you can hear music from the nearby venues until quite late at night, we both had no trouble falling asleep. Just be aware that their credit card system charges an additional 6% if you want to pay with credit card. Had we known that beforehand, we would have saved cash for the stay.

If you are looking for a short stay, the price is right. Very basic hotel. Bathroom can use some improvement and cleaning in the shower stall. Hotel is very close ADO bus depot and Fifth Ave. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

Awful Service

The hotel failed to make it clear that they have no one at their Reception at midnight. I arrived a few minutes before midnight and was unable to enter the hotel and check in. I had to find another hotel. Absolutely terrible. Never booking here again!!!

Nice authentic Mexican hotel

The location is prime, one block from Quinta but without the rucus that occurs on that street. The manager was very helpful and nice. You will not find more attentive staff anywhere else. Staying in this hotel in this area really helped us enjoy the local part of Playa while being close to Quinta and the ferry to Cozumel. This isn't a touristy hotel, rather it is humble, nice, and in a prime location.

Sauber und super angebunden

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in playa del carmen und mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber. Direkt in der Parallelstraße zur 5th Avenue, 2 min zu Fuß. Vom Trubel und Lärm bekommt man aber nichts mit. Frühstück war ok. Es gibt frischen Obstsalat und Toast mit Butter und Marmelade. Kaffee und Säfte. Möchte man allerdings Eier oder herzhafte Sachen muss man diese für 50 peso kaufen, obwohl das Frühstück eig inkl. Ist.

Hotel simples com bom atendimento

O hotel é bem simples, sem luxos. O café é bem simbólico. O atendimento é legal. O quarto é grande, mas os móveis são antigos. Não gostei do pagamento pois veio 5 dólares a mais do que estava no e mail.

Bad amenities but good enough location

The towels weren't clean and for a small hotel it had no real amenities. Soap was provided in a dispenser and the bed was just ok. The location was the main reason for our stay there.

Ambiente familiar en Playa del Carmen

Es un hotel con una magnífica ubicación, cerca de la calle 5ta que es el "centro turístico" de Playa, un rápido acceso desde la carretera federal 307. Te sientes como en casa con la atención del personal, todos ellos muy atentos. Mi esposa y yo sentimos algo de tristeza al dejar el hotel.

Good location

Overall it was good, cleanliness was ok but could be better since I would still find hairs of previous occupants in the shower. There is WiFi but it was not usable in my room. Furthermore, the lot next to it had construction works going on which I was not made aware off. There would be drilling next door form 8 in the morning till late midday constantly. Drilling so loud that you could feel the the bed and room vibrating and a good rest was impossible. The breakfast menu is simple though it tasted very good. Also the employees really try to accomodate to your needs and are all very friendly. You can ask them what there is to do around and they will help you, or change the roomservice time around till you are ready. The location, apart from the construction works described above is great. It is on a street next to 5th avenue which is the main restaurant/bar/shopping street. One block further and you are directly at the beach with beach bars, quieter beaches, a square and so on. I walked along the beach past all the big all inclusive hotels along Playacar, which reaffirmed my choice for the location. These hotels are just too far away from 5th avenue and with this hotel you are just one block away from it, So if you like going to a different restaurant every night, enjoy the nightlife, go shopping or head to the beach I would say the location is very good. Another plus point, the ADO bus station for transfers to the airport is also nearby as are the ferry´s to Cozumel.
