"L’hébergement est bien située et le lieu est magnifique dans les jardins. Par contre dans les détails de la réservation il était mentionné qu’on avait accès à une piscine et 5 bains à remous. Ce qui n’était pas le cas. Aucune piscine sur le site mais il y avait un spa. L’hébergement était bien mais sentait l’humidité. Malgré tout nous avons passé un bon séjour mais au départ nous voulions un hébergement avec piscine. L’arrivée c’est bien passé mais soyez au courant qu’il y a une longue...

"On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable. On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher. Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé. J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! "

"There wasn’t an address posted, it was difficult to find. It was not clean. We were greeted by ants, spiders, cockroaches, & a dead bird carcass. When we opened a large mirrored closet, it fell towards us. The entire faucet in one of the bathrooms rocked in place. There was mold everywhere and It smelled of mildew. We didn’t have hot water for 3 days. And the worst part was that maintenance locked us out of the entry gate. We returned from dinner at 23:00hr, in the dark. Our taxi driver had to...

"Es una casa familiar adaptada. El Sr lindisimo. Estuvimos casi una hora esperando que nos abrieran hasta que un vecino nos apoyó llendo a la casa (al lado) del dueño para que nos abriera. Pasamos muchísimo frío. "

"Wonderfully unique and comfortable cottage in the old city. Beautifully furnished, lovely courtyard, and perfect location for exploring the city. Plenty of room for our family of five. Even though the weather was very hot, the cottage was cool and comfortable. Responsive and friendly host gave us great dining recommendations. Only wish we could stay longer. Really wonderful."
