"My husband and I stayed in room ocean view with Jacuzzi as Expedia members. My son and grandson stayed in ocean front with swim out pool as Diamond member. Our Jacuzzi did not work so called for service on second day but no one came to repair until fourth day after asked our concierge for Expedia to arrange.. the two gentlemen could not speak English and explain how to turn on etc ..the Jacuzzi still not working and was leaking on balcony...I told my son who called his concierge who had it fixed...

"For a small resort the food was good. Was supposed to get free flip-flops at check in but they didn't have any the whole week we was there. No entertainment at night or activities for the kids. Sent message that we was ready to check out no one came to get luggage so we took it to the front. Waited to check out couldn't find anyone, I had to walk around and find someone. We was told we had 50.00 each to use on spa or store, at check out they said we couldn't us it at store, so we had to pay...
