"The property and staff are amazing! Plenty of space around the pool and different pools that fit different vibes. The only downside was there was not really any beach access. The recent hurricane destroyed the stairs that lead down to the beach as well as the actual beach. Overall a great place to stay and a great resort for our first resort stay."

"We really enjoyed the location of our boutique hotel. Close to all or most of the restaurants etc. The only negative is the street noise as the windows are single pane. The free coffee at the reception and pastries in the morning is a plus."

"Super bien situé avec une vue magnifique. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est à proximité et se fait à pied"

"Hotel bien ubicado y a la orilla del mar"

"Me encantó todo! Ideal para familias"

"Amazing hotel with outstanding food and drinks options."

"The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more."

"This is one of the BEST resorts our group has stayed at, we all felt the same. Service, food, property and location all 10/10. Also we all LOVED being able to tip the team by adding to our room and paying at check out. I suspect this has drastically improved tips for the staff and the resort's ability to attract the obviously high level of service team that works here."

"It’s a beautiful setting with a private beach area with umbrellas and chairs but the accommodations are very lacking. The main issue is that the entire suite is not air conditioned. The bedroom is air conditioned. However there is a bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and a sitting area with two couches that are only cooled by a ceiling fan—no air conditioning—so they are miserably hot in the summer and only are only comfortable before the sun rising. It is an older hotel so a bit rundown."

"The staff is very welcoming and the food is great. Great place to relax. We accidentally booked the family resort instead of adults-only and we were not disappointed."

"Agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine quand il y a des sargasses dans la mer. On y dort bien et les serviettes de plage sont appréciées"

"Very nice"

"The only negative was the food. It was tasty but not first class and could have more variety."

"We enjoyed staying here. We’re a quiet couple with no children around mid 30 and 40s. We read that this building was the quietest of the 3 resorts and it’s true. No loud music and annoying entertainment by the pool. Just peace and quiet. Great pool service. The roof top pool is only adults if you really dont want to see kids. Of course the big downfall is the beach. But you don’t come to Riviera Maya for the beach. It was very rocky and full of sargassum which was expected. They make up for it...

"Excelente todo como siempre su servicio de laura nuestra mesera excelente 👌"

"Short staff, long waiting do to low season; also when you check in they say no reservations for restaurants are made it’s “first come first serve “ once you on lane waiting you notice there is multiple reservations made, making you wait for a table a bit longer 2hrs max they have a snack area open but still…. Other than that staff are great; rooms always clean and fresh once you are back to ur room; not to mention I love the 8pm shows they have everyday."
