"The place overall is very nice. They take pride in maintaining the grounds and property. You have to keep in mind the salty air will corrode some items around the property. But the staff was painting, cleaning and landscaping the entire time we were here. It’s a very beautiful place and we would return. The service was amazing also. "The property is beautiful. My wife and I went to celebrate our 10th anniversary. There was a variety food to choose from, the shows were great, and the employees and visitors were friendly. Vendors on the beach were a little aggressive with selling things to you and there was a lot of sargassum on the beach, but overall a great time."

"The property and customer service from the staff are impecable. We visited in Jul 10th 2025 the only thing that was a major setback for us was the beach. It would've been a 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the ridiculous amount of seaweed. The entire beach was so dark like coffee. I asked some of the staff and they said it was the time of the year. The sand is perfect like sugar powder."

"This was an incredible resort. It was not your typical overcrowded corporate resort. It had a boutique feel that we really appreciated.
