"Absolutely loved this property! The location is top notch, it’s super close to literally EVERYTHING you need! Also the room has a fridge, a microwave, and I think a coffee maker? (I don’t drink coffee but I think I remember seeing one) Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating, shout to Ana at the front desk! As a solo woman traveler, this property made me feel extremely safe, especially since all the staff were women! This will probably be my go to spot when I’m in PDC! I WILL BE BACK...

"Excellent place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The room was perfect with excellent WiFi. The place is near enough all the action and just far enough not to be disturbed. The place is very quiet with a nice pool on the roof and gym. The staff is very friendly and always there to assist. The staff is present 24hrs in the lobby which makes the place very secure. The parking was easily available either outside on private zone or inside in the underground garage with plenty of space. We can even lock...

"Chambre propre , par contre manque d’eau pendant plusieurs heures et sur qq jours ici et là Matériel de cuisine défectueux, micro onde et grille pain . Aviser pour le micro onde pas eu de nouveau durant les 3 semaines Endroit propre et la chambre un gros wow belle et confortable et la piscine et vue sur le toit est magnifique. Je recommande ! "
