My experience was very disappointing, mainly due to how an issue with my clothing was handled.
During my stay, I used the hotel’s laundry facilities and ended up with damaged clothing, including a skirt that was stained. The explanation given was that it could have been caused by something like a pen inside the wash. However, I must strongly disagree with that conclusion—none of the items I washed had pockets or any possibility of containing such an object, including the T-shirts in the same load.
Given these facts, it is difficult to accept that the damage did not occur during the washing process. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability. The hotel directed me to deal with the laundry machine provider, instead of taking co-responsibility for facilities offered within their own property. As a guest, this felt very dismissive and frustrating.
In addition, the overall comfort was below expectations. The rooms are extremely small, and the pillows were hard, seemed quite old, and very worn, which made it difficult to rest properly. The elevators were often busy, leading to long waiting times, and the location is not particularly convenient to major subway stations.
Despite follow-ups, neither the hotel nor the service provider was willing to take responsibility or offer any form of compensation, leaving me with a financial loss and a very negative impression of the overall experience.
would not consider staying here again and cannot recommend it.
