"Location was off the main areas so it was nice not having to be in the thick of it all. I enjoyed the peaceful walk back after a long day. Staff were smiley, welcoming, and helpful. I appreciated the laundry room as we used it twice. We added The breakfast buffet daily to our stay and I don’t regret it. Taking the stress out of worrying where to go for breakfast. It was a generous spread of all the greats. My fave was the coffee juice bar OH and the bakery items. Rooms were small yet functional and most of all clean. Service was great and I would highly recommend this place."

"Pros: -24/7 staff available—very friendly, efficient and helpful-prompt responds to the issues with our hotel room -can opt for delicious/healthy breakfast buffet -at the very heart of shinjuku -close to train station -close to shopping area -has access to train startion inside if you leave later in the day -sound proofing is great. -city view at night is very nice Cons -room is small -room temp can run on warmer side. As a disclaimer: we are used to the cold where we live so we love the cooler side when it comes to our hotel room. But our room’s temp went as high as 25C. I asked them regarding it and they sent someone immediately after we left. They cleaned the air filter in the room. It did help a bit but it remained around 23-24C the time we are there. They do have dyson fan that they lend the room so it made the warmer temperature bearable. -on the expensive side for budget travellers In summary, we would book a room with them given the chance even if it’s a little bit more expensive. Worth the stay for family of 3 like us."

"It is located in a very convint place in the airpot and a perfect spot to stay overnight when you arrive late or transitioning to the other location. While the lobby is nice and clean and modern-ish, the rooms are very aging though. Beds are fine, but the furniture, wall paper, carpet, etc - all need refreshing and felt like 'staying in a old tired hotel' feel. Do not reserve the room uner 4th floor - those room are underground and have a felling of dungen. Breakfast is fabulous."

"Quite hotel small rooms for 4 people , I suggest bigger room if more than 2. breakfast amazing, close to Shinjuku best place small supermarket close by walking. In general excellent . Big area for shopping close it’s amazing all available all brands"

"The room was clean. Staff were excellent. I did not have breakfast at the property. I found it on the pricy side. Air conditioning was excellent."

"The rooms on the Annex tower do not have an air purifier and after staying at 4 other hotels having it, I was disappointed. The room was weirdly shaped but did accommodate us fine for the night. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel has a good location and was a great stay overall. I would book again in the main tower next time."
