"Great food and Great entertainment, comfortable beds and pillows. The furniture in the room is kinda outdated but I am glad the beds were comfy. Also need to replace mirrors in the room and bathroom, LED mirrors would look great. Otherwise great resort, nice beach area"

"Although the property was beautiful, I went during sea weed season and the beach water was useless. The pools more than made up for it. I was so hoping to have blue tropical ocean water. Another thing about the resort is all the up sale they do. I found it very uncomfortable. I personally scrimped and saved to go on this all inclusive vacation. I’m not financially comfortable. I find it hard when asked to pay more for the members price so I could use certain restaurants and pools. They start...

"Birthday Stay Ruined by Appalling Room Conditions and Poor Service — Refund Requested
Extremely disappointing experience at Lopesan Costa Bávaro’s Lagoon accommodation.
I booked this hotel expecting a relaxing, luxurious experience while celebrating my birthday alone in Punta Cana. Instead, what should have been a special and memorable occasion turned into a series of unacceptable problems, disappointment and unnecessary stress.
For a hotel that presents itself as a luxury resort, the...

"Property is very well maintained and big where there are many options. Peruvian and French restaurants were my favorite. My butler RAFAEL P was fabulous. Checked on us daily, did all my dinner reservations, and was always one step ahead with everything.EMMANUEL at the sports bar was great! VICTOR the cart driver was so kind. LEONEL and JONATHAN very pleasant. The 3 night bartenders at the family lobby were awesome (I forgot to catch their names ). The staff, property and its cleanliness, and...
