"The staff was very nice and accommodating. The restaurants were a little difficult to book but they let us know when to come back when reservations were free. The servers made all the interactions very fun. I especially enjoyed my Spa treatment with Neomi. She was very sweet and made me very comfortable. Some of the stores were closed when we didn’t expect that but I’d love to visit the resort again someday!"

"The resort itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the service did not meet the expectations of a five-star all-inclusive property.
We experienced several service issues throughout our stay. Room service on our first night arrived more than two hours late after we had already canceled the order, waking us at nearly 2:00 a.m. Housekeeping also removed our bathrobes while we were still checked in without any explanation.

"A very welcoming resort from the moment you enter the doors of the beautiful lobby! We loved the staff members and felt like we were treated like family. The rooms were exactly as described online and maintained well by the housekeeping. You just must try all the restaurants! Fine dining! Also the swim up pool was an amazing plus to enjoy after hanging around the swim up bar. Love the privacy.
