"We stayed in the delux room with canal view which was lovely. Hotel was very quiet and quite small, we didn’t see anyone else during our 2 day stay, although we did leave early both mornings. It was perfect for our stay, within easy reach of the Rialto bridge water bus stop. Breakfast started at 9am so was too late for our early starts, but local coffee shops/ bakeries are easy to find. Would stay here again. "

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy 🇮🇹. Nada was very nice and friendly she welcomed me warmly, explained everything about the hotel, and even gave me a map with helpful tips to explore the city. The rooms are modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated I especially loved the green color theme. The location is also great: just a 4-minute walk to the water taxi and about 15–30 minutes from the main attractions, depending on your pace. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel...

"Perfekte Lage. Gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles sauber, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Frühstück hat auch gepasst. Personal sehr freundlich. Trotz Anreise in der Nacht wurde nach vorheriger Rücksprache (unmittelbar nach Buchung) alles so geregelt, dass ich Zugang zum Haus/Zimmer bekam. Perfekt. Das Zimmer wurde während einer Geschäftsreise benötigt. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. "

"A large picturesque apartment in Venice to enjoy quiet time but still be close enough to all the landmarks. Great restaurants and amenities very handy. Staff were lovely and only a phone call and a few hundred metres away if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay. The only con was the shower. Although it had a large rain shower head, it only dribbled water down and the shower recess filled with water so much so we had to stop the shower to allow it to go down, worried it would flood...
