"The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. "En general fué buena experiencia, personal interrumpia sueño en la mañana hablando muy fuerte entre ellos, vimos una riña entre empleados en la playa. Otra visitante nos increpó en la piscina por las toallas y el espacio de las sombrillas. "

Always making dinner reservations for us at the time we wanted, same with playing paddle, champagne to our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything we needed was organized very quickly and no problems at all."

"Our toilet didn’t flush. The shower barely trickled water and was super corroded. The cabinets were peeled and falling apart. The refrigerator was rusted inside and out. The TV did not work. The counter in the kitchen was falling in and pulling away from the wall. No idea where the breakfast actually was but as disappointed as we were didn’t want to even try.
