"A truly wonderful stay over the festive period. The new spa is lovely and room 452 was SO quiet and spacious, highly recommended.
The only downside which I pointed out two years ago is that the shower lets the room down as it’s not powerful enough and looks dated too. A short taxi ride or lovely walk into the centre with everything you could wish for. Please note valet parking is £39.50 and the Soa £45 per person in addition to the room. "We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. The breakfast was inclusive and was yummy and they even let me take a tray up to my family who were still in bed. just a perfect stay! ticked every box for us.10/10"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me.
