"El personal en general es muy atento y eficiente. Me gustaría señalar el buen trabajo de Francia supervisora encargada en el hotel, fue muy eficiente, amable y eficaz. Le doy un 10/10. La limpieza (Francisca) fue muy buena también, la comida, en fin la instalación en general no tengo ninguna queja al respecto. Muy buena experiencia en todos los aspectos, volveré a repetir el próximo año sin duda. "

"Beautiful pool and beach! I really liked that the water park area is separate from the main pool and beach, it made it feel more relaxed overall. The water park itself was great for kids; my 6-year-old had a blast on the slides, though it was a bit smaller than I expected.
We upgraded to a beachfront swim-up room, and honestly, that saved our trip. The room location and convenience made a huge difference.
Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. Even for an all-inclusive, it felt very...

"Cannot go wrong with resort, the resort is beautiful it is well maintained gorgeous ocean/beach view. Unfortunately the food was bad, we usually try to eat at each restaurant for dinner to try try them all, but ended up skipping two of the restaurants and decided to just eat at the buffet, in this case buffet food was way better then at the restaurants. I would recommend this resort as long as food is not a deal breaker."
