"This resort was gorgeous and so much fun to stay at. The entertainment staff in particular was a highlight throughout my wife and I’s visit. Ari, Eve, and Santiago were always positive and took the time to really get to know us. Johnny, Diego, and Alex all made us feel welcome and celebrated. It was truly a special time. I loved the noon Zumba class in the pool and the beach volleyball. "

"The sewage pipes emitted a terrible odor, and the pool water was so dirty that it caused us to break out in a rash. The food was the same every day, offering very little variety. The entertainment was not very diverse and was quite boring. The waiters and reception staff were courteous. The resort is not suitable for the elderly, as it features many uneven surfaces and steps."

"They did not make the bed or clean the room
Everyday , They did once I asked them too … out of 5 days only made the bed and cleaned the room once . Staff was amazing though food is what you get with an all inclusive .
