"More variety food"

"They went above and beyond to help after issues with room on day of arrival. Food was good, room was great, staff overall friendly and helpful but there were times that they were definitely overwhelmed/understaffed during busy eating hours. Not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes or longer from kitchen at especially busy times."

"Lived up to the hype! Definitely worth. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were greeted and escorted into their lobby. Whole staff were so friendly and accommodating the whole stay. I enjoyed saying good morning to the staff everyday. The hotel is quite expansive so def familiarize yourself with the layout to minimize the walking. Food options were extensive. Ate at a different place everyday. Right on the beach which is a plus. One thing - if you want a decent spot by the pool, you have...

"The Esplenda was everything you could want in a hotel! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Although the posted check-in time was 3:00 PM, the staff graciously accommodated us early, which was such a wonderful way to start our stay. As an all-inclusive resort, there is one main restaurant, along with a daily poolside snack bar during the day. While having only one restaurant may seem limiting at first, the quality of the food more than made up for it....

"It was genuinely so beautiful but there wasn’t any fun on the resort"

"We had a great experience"

"Excellent layout, great views"

"Food is 10/10"

"Love the place and the part of the beach but I wish we would’ve been warmed that it was under construction."

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."
