"If I had to choose again, I would book a different hotel. The pricing was fair, and I understand you often get what you pay for, but the overall experience was disappointing. We arrived late the first night and went straight to bed because we were exhausted. The next morning, I noticed stains on the sheets and what appeared to be mold or fungus on three out of the four pillows. It was spread across the pillowcases and was extremely concerning from a health standpoint. And there was no hot water...

"I stayed here for 6 days with my 3 young kids. The view from our room was amazing. Beds were comfy, room was overly big but still plenty of room for the 4 of us. The door lock was broken when we arrived, told the cleaning staff and it was promptly fixed. All the staff was very friendly. The buffet restaurant was okish for what they had, we are somewhat picky eaters but were able to find something we liked every day. The beach was ok, not your regular walk out type beach, kind of a little drop...

"Great Place to Stay. I had the kitchenette and it was great for making breakfast. Room was very clean. Pool area was clean and service around the pool was excellent. We at at both restaurants and enjoyed the food. Beach area was great. A few rocks around the steps into the water but past that it was a beautiful sandy beach. Can't say enough good things about the service at the front desk. Excellent attention to all enquiries. I had no children but would highly recommend the Fiesta Americana for...
