Cari Resor di Puerto Aventuras

"No pudimos hacer reservación en los restaurantes los primeros 2 dias de nuestra estadia."

"Excellent hotel for young and old. Good food selection"

"The property itself was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily, and the property was well maintained. All around the food was good, and the views from the pool were amazing. Would definitely return."

"We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Maya Riviera with our adult children. The food was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and engaging throughout our visit. We made the most of everything the resort had to offer and especially enjoyed trying the à la carte restaurants throughout the complex. Our swim-up room was a lovely, peaceful retreat where we could all relax after dinner. The service staff were fantastic, and the entertainment team kept us smiling and involved with fun...

"Great stay! We went as a couples trip and it was a great time. The food was pretty good and it was just great vibes at the pool. I will say though they can change up the music at the pool. We had to request more Hispanic music. Also, the staff that work there are very persistent and they try to sell you on things to do many times. We know it’s their job but it was a bit annoying!"

"i got a room with ocean view. The beach is right on the hotel. it has one of best snorkeling sites. You don't need to waste a lot of money and time to go on the snorkeling boat tours. The hotel's beach offers the best snorkeling just a few yards away from your room."

"Todo súper bien todo súper limpio y la atención súper bien"

"Be patient with the transportation inside the resort, service is bad, sometimes the waiting time was for more than 30 minutes to get picked up to go to the lobby or another places inside the complex. Some drivers passed by and we asked to get the ride and the answers was not because whatever excuse with the following sentence “next cart will pick you up” that didn’t happen"
