Hotel dekat Puerto Morelos National Marine Park

"me encanto este hotel, su comida, snacks, lo bonito de las habitaciones, los shows, la comida a la carta riquisima"

"This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

"Everything about the property was stellar."

"Trato amable, cordial y respetuoso de todo el personal"

"Loved that property was very clean and room service was done every day as far as cleaning room. If you are looking for that outdoor area and beach open spaces area , this is it. Staff was always available and treated very nicely. Breakfast buffet was excellent and waiters’ service was great. Also the juice service was really tasty. Cannot say much about other amenities because I did not use them."

"This was our second visit to Sensira, and it felt just like coming back home. Every single staff member was amazing. A special thank you to Eva, Diego, and Yani for making our stay so unforgettable and helping us create wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back to Sensira again!"

"Excelente hotel"

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more."

"It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal"
