"Great location, but if you have mobility issues, this is not the hotel for you. There is no elevator (lift) in this hotel which we were not aware of at the time of booking. It's a very cute hotel and if we were younger, we would have thought it was great. Our bathroom/shower were down several stairs within our room. Again, very neat, but not practical at all for us. Staff were excellent and did a great job - very responsive to our needs. "

"The hotel is fine overall, my low rating is from the room they gave us. This room was in some remote part of the hotel, it had very low ceilings, a very narrow window with view to garbage bins. The room was claustrophobic, no access without stairs. I think it’s disgraceful that the hotel has such type of room. And, on Saturday night you could hear and feel the music from a nearby club."

"Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und leicht zu erreichen. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Städtereisen nach London. Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind relativ klein aber toll ausgestattet. Gute Betten, ein kleines aber sauberes Bad und alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war übersichtlich aber auch sehr gut und wir waren sehr zufrieden in anbetracht des Preises kann man absolut nicht meckern. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ein größeres...

"Un espacio minimalista, pero acorde a lo que ofrecen en su publicidad, limpieza y trato inmejorable, a unos paso de Picadilli Circus, lineas de metro y acceso a una cuadra para Autobús Turístico. Relación Calidad/Precio inmejorable. Ampliamente recomendable. Desayuno incluido que vale la pena."
